Is Your Goal to be the Owner of a Childcare Business
that can Run without You?
My Mission is to Provide Solutions to Childcare Owners that alleviate the need for you to be On-Site for your Childcare Business to effectively run.
I remember being all over the place and not feeling accomplished as a Leader and Owner. I Started my Childcare Business in 2005 and for the First Six Years of running my Center, I was simply EXISTING, but I was not LIVING a Full-fulled life as an Owner, and most importantly as a Wife. I knew things had to change, and they had to change FAST because in 2014 we finally found out we were expecting after six years of trying with no success. I believe the stress of my center contributed to our infertility.
Within seven months, I completely turned my Childcare Business around allowing me to take 8 consecutive weeks off for maternity leave and moving from an on-site Owner to an Off-Site Owner. Upon my return, I went from working 50+ hours a week and reduced my working hours to 25 hours a week and Fridays were optional.
My Mission is to Provide Solutions to Childcare Owners that alleviate the need for you to be On-Site for your Childcare Business to effectively run.
If I can do this, I will be able to impact 100,000 Centers and Preschool Programs that have Owners who Succeed at not only their businesses but their personal lives as well!

Tori: Childcare Owner, Michigan
“I lost my mother a few weeks ago, if it was not for your coaching and messaging regarding setting up a system to allow myself not to be present at the child care at all times, my child care would be shuttered. Thank you for your ministry on work-life balance, it truly saved my business.”
Angela: Owner of Little Scholars Childcare, California
“YESSS! Will do! It’s a blessing being able to be with baby Jacob while my childcare is running smoothly without me . I’m so thankful I found your trainings, because I’m able to actually spend time and be away from the childcare, knowing everything is going good. ..and get some much needed sleep lol!”

LaCole: Owner of Little Souls Child Development, California
