Who is Ashley?
I am the only one in my family who has taken on the career path of being an Entrepreneur.
Some of you know me as the “Go to” childcare business industry leader in which I started my first business back in 2005 which was a Licensed Childcare Center. Once I got that bug of working for myself, I have never turned back. In 2016 we had Nova, and then I had to navigate being a Mompreneur and learning how to manage my time better. My goal is to teach other women who aspire to have it all, but not burn themselves out, tips and tricks on how I do it, or what I like to say, “don’t do it all” and be okay with that.

from early morning until late at night,
anxiously working for food to eat;
for God gives rest to his loved ones".
Enjoying What I Do
Being an Entrepreneur has definitely been a journey for me, and a lonely one at that. However, it has been so much fun! I literally love challenging myself every day to produce revenue for my brand. However, it’s not the money I am after, but what that money can do for my family and the people I serve.
I don’t like to think of myself as someone who can influence others, but my growing youtube channel of 10k+ always reminds me that I have a way of reaching people. I honestly think my God-given ability is simply being personable and honest, and I love helping others see the potential that is often hard to see in themselves. My Personality Type is an INFJ which is an Advocate.
One of my favorite quotes says this which I feel pretty much sums me up: “Treat people as if they were what they ought to be and you help them to become what they are capable of being.”JOHANN WOLFGANG VON GOETHE
My 25 Hour Work-Weeks
The One Thing I am PROUD of is that over my 15+ years of working for myself, I have learned to master a 25-hour workweek. It was not always this way, as I started my first business, a brick and mortar at the age of 21, and I was definitely a workaholic! I would even work some days without stopping to eat for a lunch break. I would usually average 50+ hours a week, and it eventually caught up with me.
I now average in about 25 hours a week, and it has changed my life! I have learned to do smart work and not hard work and work on only CEO tasks, which are the tasks that grow my business, not maintain it. Tasks that maintain are busywork that I can hire other people to do, and this contributed to me overworking myself in the early days of my entrepreneurship journey.
This new work lifestyle has spilled over into my personal life, which is has allowed me to actually LIVE life and not just EXIST!
