Are you in a “Waiting Season,” and feeling discouraged?

This is your Sunday Reminder to be sure and enjoy the season of waiting you’re in, and that there is so much to learn in “God’s waiting room”.

I know I have been in several waiting seasons in my life, and each time, once God was ready for me to have what it was I prayed for, it made sense as to why he had me wait, because what he gave me was beyond what I wanted for myself.

So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Galatians 6:9 NLT

This past week, I have been heavily studying on this verse, because just like you, I’m in a waiting season too and some days it’s easy to get tired. Last week, I was definitely in a funk that was hard for me to get out of and this verse helped.

My two takeaways have been:

❤ Where it says, “At just the right time…”.
There is a specific time God has set aside for our prayers to be answered. If this happens prematurely, it won’t be God’s best for our lives.

❤ Reaping a harvest is CONDITIONAL as the only way reaping the harvest God is getting ready for us will happen is if YOU DON’T GIVE UP. This means as long as you and I don’t give up, IT WILL TAKE PLACE and our prayers will be answered. 🙏

In the meantime, while we’re waiting, God wants us to continue to enjoy the lives he’s already blessed us with and be hopeful that in due time, he will give us the desires of our hearts.
